The paper considers foreign language teaching through addressing the issues of quality in education and highlighting significance including certain methodologies connected with educating poly- multicultural personalities teacher training processes. mentioned anticipates changes to be made not only structure languages polyand but also educational content. Therefore, what is discussed first relates a huge dilemma on terrains Ukraine, neighbouring some post-Soviet countries respect wrong and/or misleading usage terms ‘polyculturalism’, ‘multiculturalism’, ‘polycultural education’, ‘multicultural etc., as well disconnection major researches clear differentiation among education, intercultural cross-cultural communication so on. scratches tentatively discrepancies identified publications Russian scholars, which might have been built up verified research data fail meet factual reality per surveys questionnaires conducted by independent trusted global agencies. principal value work may associate objectives described main body, list expected qualities future who multiculturally diverse ready face today’s challenges globalising world.
